Teel and I went to the Friends of the Library book sale. For just under $30 we walked away with 36 books...hard cover and soft cover, fiction and non-fiction, adult and children/teen. We really should not be spending money on books, but when we can get 36 books we both are interested in for the same price as one hardback book, passing up the sale seems silly. We both went a bit silly in the sci-fi section and I grabbed several books to use in my classroom - poetry, drama, and grammar resources.
The sale continues tomorrow and unlike many book sales there will still be tons of good books available. I'd highly suggest taking a trip over tomorrow.
Now, to find space on our shelves, which are practically a library in their own right.
