diet challenge update

Who knew math could give such a good pick-me-up? According to the scale weight I gained back a pound and a half of the three I lost the week before. But take a quick body fat percentage check and then fill in the blanks of a rather simple formula and I actually lost four pounds of body fat this week! Yay body! I may have to forgive some of these weird changes just for that.


weight X .bodyfat = Y (week 1)
weight X .bodyfat = Y (week 2)

Y1-Y2= amount lost

I need a body fat percentage check too... I have been stuck at a plateau for a while now.

If I remember correctly, the Student Wellness Center or possibly Student Death can do the body fat check for you.
