1. Unintentionally, Teel took me to a place that made me seriously home-sick. A coffee shop. That's it. A nifty, cramped, ecclectic, not-Starbucks, coffee shop. I don't know if it was the combination of casual mis-match (reminiscent of Muddy's or whatever it's called now) or that there were musicians, artists, computer geeks, and everyone in between or that I could actually get a "real" chai and vegan hummus platter.
2. I've collected lots of books recently. Two whole shelves and some online. I think the cosmos is balancing out my lack of t.v.
3. The quest for a job starts tomorrow. Resumes done, transcripts ordered, and soon I'll be applying for a provisional AZ license...I'm tired of the reciprocal license that lets me do not much.
4. I'm sure there is a four....there is almost always a four....maybe you have the four?
5. My favorite, from this site, is: Describe daydreaming as "going to commercial." What's yours?

Muddy's became Trinity's and then ceased to be a coffee shop. Laramie wept, just a bit.

a good coffeeshop like the old days is very hard to find in Japan. Jazz bars are sometimes a good compromize
