A change in plans

I was supposed to spend this evening with a friend but the plans were changed. Instead I cleaned. A lot. And it is good. I vacuumed. I went through clutter. I put things away and found homes for others. I organized papers and bills. I dusted. I wiped things down. I did dishes. See....a lot.

More importantly I also did some mental and emotional house cleaning. I'd let the physical living place get cluttered and crappy because I felt that way. So, I sorted through clutter, put things away, found homes for others, dusted, and took care of what needed doing. I feel so much better! And it's great to realize midway through a yoga/meditation/prayer session that I've had a really good day.
