Awfully judgemental of outward appearances, aren't we, Clay?
Besides, who's to say that Tardis' weren't made in various colors/styles? Look at Bill and Ted...they have one made of glass.
Well, I will agree it could be a Tardis with its camo-chip set to imitate a red phone booth, as opposed to blue police box. But Bill and Ted didn't have a Tardis blasphemer!

The Tardis was designed to blend into any setting, but the circuit broke - it is now stuck on blue police box. Unfortunately, the other Tadises (Tardisi? Tardi? What is the plural of that?) are all destroyed now - unless Mandy happened to have found one that the Doctor overlooked...
If I did find one, this one is broken as well. It doesn't operate, even as a phone. :(
